Brooke Bennett displaying outstanding commitment towards her Apprenticeship

Brooke Bennett started her Level 3 Apprenticeship in Health and Social Care with National Care Team in September 2015, and since starting the course, she has grown dramatically in her confidence levels!

At a young age, Brooke lost her mother and now has periods of being low/up and down days. Despite this, Brooke has continued to display a commitment to her Apprenticeship work, she is ahead of track, turns up at every session and her work is of an excellent standard!

Since looking for career options, Brooke had always wanted to work with children who have learning disabilities but after seeing that the job at Percy Hedley was open, she decided to apply for it as she had always liked the thought of working there. Although she always wanted to work with children, Brooke said she is very happy in the position she is in now.

Brooke said, “Working towards the Apprenticeship gives me something to strive towards and helps me focus in my working life.”

Congratulations Brooke, the display of commitment towards your Apprenticeship programme is outstanding!
