Learners often gather photos, supervision notes, and reflection sheets across more than one workplace. The guide shows how to name files, back them up, and bring a printed summary to progress reviews.
We also cover packing study materials when someone relocates house or moves to a different care home mid-year. Keeping USB sticks and paper folders in one labelled pouch avoids last-minute scrambles before observation visits.
