| Job Description |
To manage and support a caseload of candidates and provide assessment against the National Occupational Standards. To carry out progress reviews and facilitate training sessions where required. To support at least 60 learners to complete a diploma/apprenticeship programme in a 12 month period. Please note that this post is regulated activity. |
| Personal Specification |
An A1 or D32/33 or equivalent qualification is essential. Applicants should be occupationally competent in health and social care and hold a relevant qualification in the vocational area. Applicants should have appropriate experience in peripatetic assessment with a good working knowledge of the National Occupational Standards. Good written and oral communications skills are also essential.It is desirable to have a relevant adult teaching qualification, however, not essential although the successful applicant will be required to work towards this. “National Care Team Ltd is committed to safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults.
