The course will take place in the classroom where learning will be undertaken via group activities, individual learning, workbooks and guided discussions.
Demonstrate knowledge via question and answer in a workbook format.
There would be opportunities to progress onto a related Level 3 qualifications.
During the course advice will be given about pursuing a career in Social Care, as well as introductions to Social Care employers in your area with the opportunity to apply for available vacancies. Job roles could include care working within residential care homes, caring in the community or primary care environments.
You need to have been a resident in the UK, EU or EEA for the past 3 years and should be at least 19 years old. You must also be unemployed and seeking work within the sector.
